Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users when using leapCAT (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to the AI-based translation automation service provided by leapCAT.
• "User" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to text, documents, and other materials uploaded by users to the Service.

Article 3 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following features:

• AI-based automatic translation
• Translation quality review and improvement
• Termbase and style guide management
• Translation project management

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Unauthorized collection of personal information of others

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

• Intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the service provider.
• Copyright of content uploaded by users belongs to the users.
• Copyright of translated output belongs to the copyright holder of the original content.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is provided on an AI basis and does not guarantee perfect translations.
• Users are responsible for reviewing translated output and making corrections as needed.
• The service provider is not responsible for the content of users' materials.

Article 7 (Service Modification and Suspension)

The service provider may modify or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons. Users will be notified in advance.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, the court with jurisdiction over the service provider's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
